I just play again. Saw new scene in vagina skill. Is it worth it to play from the begining? is there a new scene from lv 1 n 2?

You get NG+ after reaching the end of the game... but since the game isn't done the only available ending is to let order drop to 0 and fail.
Then you can restart at whatever difficulty you choose, and keep your titles for some fairly major stat boosts but go back to level one allowing you to try different builds and playstyles (and collect a different set of titles to pass on to the next playthrough, if desired).

If the last time you played early content was before the big v0.6 update, I definitely recommend starting over if you have time because the whole desire system was reworked to produce a better corruption narrative, but if your previous playthrough was only like a month ago there probably isn't much new content, and what there is can probably be experienced just as well at high levels.

If you play the Game in Warden (medium difficulty) mode and lose by reaching 0 order, you may try again in Prison (Hard) mode. Your passives and titles will be transferred, your edicts won't. It also works the other way around, losing in Prison Mode to be demoted to Warden Mode. You will have to enact edicts to open some skills (release desires, Cautious Stance, Healing Thoughs...), but you will have Give Up and Surrender from previous gameplay, for example.

Cock kick doesn't (AFAIK) trigger the kick counter sex scene. You need to be disarmed and use the unarmed attacks to get it. They are much weaker, and the thugs and orcs can fairly easily survive it depending on your build, number of days, and level. Note that you do need to be wet and have enough cock and pussy desire for sex as well as the enemy having an erection to get it to trigger.

One of the easy ways to get disarmed is to have a loss scene, which leaves you disarmed for the day.
