Well you can use Taunt. But don't use it everywhere. Almost anything in the game is: the more you do it, the more passives you will get for it. So you should try to focus on using only very specific stuff, if you want to keep her Pure and her Slut Level low. As an example, if you masturbate (which is your decision if you want to do it in a Pure playthrough or not but I would recommend it, because the frustated debuff is a nightmare to deal with) try to focus on one Body part as much as possible. And only the basic version of it. If you go for Boobs, don't play with Nipples. You will only get Passives for touching her Boobs that way. Not Nipples.
So only use stuff like Taunt if it is really necessary. Which should be almost never. But there can be rare situations, in which a Taunt might be really helpful. Easy example last Boss Fight. Who cares what passives you get afterwards there.
But sure at the end of the day the game is designed to make her into a Slut. I mean it is kinda the point of the game, even if I can understand the frustration for a new player, that tries to keep her Pure. But you can keep her Pure if you know what you are doing fairly easy. Only Question is, if you want to bother learning it for a Porn Game.
