The potential of this game kinda feels wasted. But the understanding of probably wanting to move onto the next or just recoup development costs is understandable. Although the community has the potential to make mods for this game which would be much enjoyable.
Meanwhile this is exactly the point I want to reach in this game. I love that after a certain point combat is thrown away, and it's now interactive sex. This is what I play the game for.
You do know, that you can lower your Desires in a battle right? As long as you keep your Desires below 50, nobody can even touch Karryn.

I entered the fight with practically no desire but after beating the second wave without being molested the desire hearts all went up.
That is not the point. The point is that you can lower your Desires each Round in the Mental Phase. Part of the game is that you need to manage your Desires Mid Battle if you want to fight your way through it. Desires will constantly rise no matter what because of different Passives you have gained. Once a Desire reaches 50, Karryn can get touched. So the easy way is, to keep all your Desire below 50.

1 - Go to the game's root folder.
2 - www/js/plugins/
3- Open the file 'RemtairyEdicts' using Notepad+.
4 - Look for a line that reads:
Let income = (change this number to the amount you want.)
This will be the base amount of money you receive each day.
5 - Save the changes and then launch the game.

Desires will slowly tick up over time unless they are supressed especially if you have accumulated passives that increase desire rate gain. The reason Tonkin can initiate a sex interaction with you is because you let it get too high, you can lower the desires again mid fight by just using the supress desire skills that are available from the will power menu. Keep the desires low and the boss won't be able to touch you. That should be enough to keep it as a straight forward battle.
If you are struggling to find them the supress desires skills in combat they are found in the first dial menu that pops up during your turn with the other willpower consuming skills like Ki. Just use willpower to lower whichever desires are getting too high.

Thanks, that was still a bit of a grind to deal with. The game is imbalanced. You need to keep your slut level low in order to be able to advance and clear floors but that means you have to work at it to avoid lewd content.

Enigmanic I doubt the statement that "you need to keep your slut level low in order to be able to advance" could be any further from the truth. In fact, the so-called "slut build" is much easier to advance with. Game disclaimer clearly indicates Karryn is going down that path. You did get it right: sticking to pure combat is the "anomaly" here - whilst possible, you need to know the ins and outs of game mechanics to maintain it.
Thanks so much for the advice. So unfortunately I'm stuck in a scandalous state, at the first floor hallway I can't access the visitor center / or any of the corridors except the level 2 stairs and level 3 stairs, on level 2 I can't access any of the doors either.
Well, since the text directions didn't help, and I happened to have a save in scandalous state here's images. I really wonder about the reading comprehension on this forum sometimes...
"Once a Desire reaches 50, Karryn can get touched." => I'm sorry but it's not entirely true.
Only the mouth above 50 can make Karryn suck on inmates fingers and more.
For other stats, she need to have her uniform shifted a little bit.
If her uniform is in a perfect state, no matter how your desire is high, the inmates can't do anything.
But it's not recommended to let your stat rise no matter what (more than 50), because you'll unlock some passives that you don't want if you run a pure route and want to keep a low slut level.
And it's really dangerous if there's 4 or more inmates, because the first one can shift your clothes and the others can touch you in the same turn.
If you want to win fights by martial means then you would be correct that keeping slut level and desires low would be desirable. This however is a very hard way to win the game as the game goes on as there are plenty of ways to gain passives that would make such a build progressively harder to play over time.
If Karryn has sexual skills used on her enough time she gains the ability to initiate it on the opponent instead, filling an enemies pleasure gauges causes them to orgasm and most enemies will leave the fight. Some stronger enemies may need to orgasm multiple times to get them to be defeated.
Karryn is at her weakest during the transition stage between these two states, when she is corrupted enough that she struggles against inmates in straight up fights yet is not corrupt enough to be able to defeat them easily sexually either.
Given you do not seem to be wanting a challenge run (given the complaints about difficulty and all) I would recommend working your way towards a slut build by trying to let enemies use sexual attacks on you enough times. Do this and you will be able to start working on actively corrupting Karryn, the quicker you get her to a more corrupt state the easier time you will have in the long run rather than trying to proceed with what is essentially a challenge run.

Why ppl bitching about game being to difficult dont just play on easy?

I think some of them may be having issues with the difficulty spike at the bosses / higher levels, even on easy.
I know that going in completely new to a game that doesn't have a forced tutorial causes some people to have issues, since they have to look for and read things in game to learn. Even talking to the NPCs when I first started playing the initial version posted here I had issues while still learning the systems.
I'm of the opinion that this game has already surpassed all expectations, and has managed to succeed where the vast majority of other porn games fail. The porn content in this game is super interactive and is basically a "first class citizen" gameplay mechanic perfectly integrated with the rest of the game. Saying that Karryns Prison is the best porn game ever created isn't even an unpopular opinion, so long as you are actually rating the full game at its entirety as a porn game. Sure there may be better animations, better writing, better gameplay or even better static CG's out there. But no other game has mixed all of the components in a clean, balanced and replayable way similar to Karryns Prison yet. Most of the few "competitors" that this game has in terms of quality are in an unfinished state, so wrapping it up will set Karryns Prison apart from those games that promise the world and exist in a forever perpetual state of development. So i definitely think the developers are heading in the right direction. And lets not pretend you can't go back and add content to the game after declaring it finished, that's still very much a thing you can do. But even if they don't, this game will likely stay in a league of its own for a long time.
