I've never got 1000, but I'm more than half-way there.
There's passives that raise her sensitivity every time a certain act has been performed on her. So if you want the big numbers, you need to give her a full day of sex, then let her get defeated. You should get some pretty high pleasure damage in the defeat battle.

Oh I turned it off instantly when I realized it got detected, but that's besides the point, still, Karryn's Prison holds the honour of showing up in discord instantly when activity doesn't recognize rest of my library, amongst hundreds of qsp, rpg, rpgvm, flash and renpy games, I quite literally had no other reason to turn activity monitor off because pirated games, let alone porn ones' habit of not showing up in it.

I don't want my friends knowing what games I'm playing, unless their the usual ones I play on steam lol, everything else I don't chance.
has it even been updated to the newer versions? last i knew it was not, and that is 6 or 7 months ago.
Are you sure that you have the 2 Cheat_Menu files in the www/mods folder?

It does not require any update, it still works with the latest version if installed correctly.
You're supposed to extract it directly into the game folder and not anywhere else.

Installing mods is tedious, even with MO2 or Vortex. I prefer manual installation, which works unlike either software.

I use MO2, it works, just need its extension for MO2. It sorta requires learning so if you need a small visual, here's a video,
