I'm willing to pay $10. But due to region pricing I'm expected to pay $33+tax while someone else can pay $7. So rather than getting my $10 they can have nothing. When and if a sale happens I will pay $10. Until then nothing.

Enact edicts that increase stamina regen.
Stamina gained per turn is based on %, so any edict that says: "Stamina Regen" will help you out in that case.
The more HP you have, the higher the number of regen per turn.
Voice acting is in the game for combat scenario's.
Does anyone know if you can hide this in your steam library somehow? I share with libraries with my brother and a couple friends...not exactly trying to advertise my love of crazy jerk-off games to friends and family.

You cannot hide games in the steam library afaik.
The best cause of action is to get a separate Steam account and put that into private mode, so that only you can see detailed info about what goes on there.
