To specify, the first step of

works, is the second part that has changed.

Prefacing this by saying that I'm a noob at editing scripts and will mess around with this on my own.
Looking at the added js file for the Descension mode, I have a random question: is there a way to edit RemtairyDescension.js and/or RemtairyKarryn.js to make Karryn only remove her dress and panties when triggering the "A Different Mindset" edict? As it is right now, the edict just turns off the "Warden Outfit" entirely. I'm just wondering if there's a way to keep the effect while changing her appearance.
I don't hate Karryn going commando or anything, I just know I'm going to miss seeing her cute little hat over time in some runs

Japanese one is fucking insufferable. I literally cannot bear Japanese porn if it's not on mute because of the fucking annoying high pitch copy pasted fake wails and cries. I'd personally love a "management mode mod" where the prison starts subjugated and the focus is on doing and improving jobs and the only combat would be doing riots.

That is not correct, if you look at the Global achievements, both pure sadistic and masochistic runs are roughly equally difficult paths, a bit below 2% completion. What you can say is that the game always tries to pull into being an exhibitionistic slut, with you forcefully or assertively trying to convince it otherwise if you want to.
Being a Sadist or Masochist requires a lot of planning of how you will get one but not the other
