What's the difference between the Steam version and the one available here? It looks like a complete game to me, although I haven't progressed beyond level 3 yet.
The creators earn money from your purchase. Otherwise they're the same.

Yes, after you unlock the actual Sex Skills, Karryn can use those herself proactively once she's horny enough.

What is the most important factor to make this game run as smooth as possible? RAM, CPU or GPU?
The engine is basically a chromium browser, so first of all: CPU, then a decent SSD to quickly load images into the memory and a normal GPU. You can easily run the game with 8 GB of DDR3 RAM, which I've been doing with no problems.
I see. I thought it was RPGM. The main issue I have is the cut in animations.
Are you running the game from an SSD? The image loading for cut-ins is pretty brutal.
The game is made in RPGM, but the two latest versions of that engine use Chromium as a base.
