Unless you count the currently broken af gym dlc as something you want then no, but it does have the stray pubes DLC.

It adds a gym trainer job, and is broken because it's not a full release but beta.

Any tips for the highest difficulty runs? Other than "lower the difficulty". Trying to keep my warden sane and kicking ass, without becoming a slut addicted to cocks... and failing every time, so far. More so, when sluttified she tends to lose every difficult battle encounter and I feel trapped. In a prison with bars made from penises... uhh.

In this game, secretary is normal mode, normal mode is Dark Souls "get fucked" mode, and prisoner mode is the same as normal, but in every hole Karryn has.

Seriously, just play on secretary.

Here's something to ask yourself;
1) Do you watch porn? [Obvious Yes]
2) If Yes, then you enjoy looking at penisses, that's at least 50% gay.
