no, it's just terrible game design. you cannot ever go through the whole level by beating every room. your fatigue would be too high. so you can nearly never be strong enough for that. you literally have to sneak through rooms and only fight a room once to remove the door defender enemy who disappears then. terrible. prisoners you beat keep respawning, and the moment you can beat the whole level even with fatigue, you soon are lost because enemies are now gigascaled and you accumulated a tremendous amount of passives. if you win too much you get the sadistic/taunt tree passives which makes you definitely lose, and if you lose, well everyone knows what happens because you are going to lose in this game.I suppose the game is more focused in punishing the weak, than rewarding the blind farming.
