To be honest you can play however you want, for example, i always play on normal but i add a few extra lines to the accessories code, i add an extra 9999 desire requirement for sex, kissing and toys, and every time i finish the game i erase that extra lines one by one.I have some doubts I don't know if you can help me with some questions

If you just want to enjoy the game your way - play it on Secretary Difficulty. Gives a lot more leeway in how you approach situations and doesn't lock you out from any content (nix the Hard mode challenges). You can still get beaten and downed if you're not careful - and is a good way to practice and learn mechanics/experiment with a stat build you like. You can carry over your stats and titles to NG+, and if you reset your stats before a NG+, you can still carry over your titles to make your next run easier for normal or hard mode (excluding challenge runs).I have some doubts I don't know if you can help me with some questions

I've played the game a bit and it seems to me that there's no way that's going to happen.
There are also some items that you can buy and equip that lower your desire gain (E.g. Pearls give 66% less Vag Desire, but more desire needed for Titjobs) and it's entirely possible to keep said virginities.
I don't want to repeat too much that's been said before - you can find various guides here, on steam, or on the Remtairy discord. Here's my current build + a screenshot to show I'm not bullshitin'. And if all else fails - I won't blame you for using any mods to cheat. It's a game, enjoy it at your pleasure!

It's one of the only real rpg on this site and maybe the only real Hrpg ever.
Why ?
Because it's actually a Game, which is a requirement to be a rpG. It's a game in the sense that its basis was built around gameplay, not dialogs, not scenario, not even firstly around graphism, but around gameplay.
Because the gameplay, the core of this game, is created to showcase ero and porn elements. The fights, the side jobs and the Skill tree system revolve around the porn experience.
And because the gameplay was thought to bring replayability, which is not an absolute necessity for a rpg but extremely advised to have a rpg of quality (and quantity)
98% of the other so called "Hrpg" are just Visual novels in which you have to move your character yourself to see the next scene and spam spacebar to skip the edgy, immature and bad dialogs, with of course the most basic fight system in which you spam attack or something like that and get almost no sex element, if not at all. So there is no rpg element regarding combats, that's one thing, but there is not even rpg element for the "story" ! Why make a "game" for that when video or comics do that better ?
Anyway, Karryn prison should be considered the benchmark for hrpg .

KP has some appeal, but not for the combat, which feels sloppy, unpredictable and inconsistent. Its claim to fame is doing all the H through the combat system and minigames, but every time I come back to I really wish those were more streamlined and intuitive. The writing lets it down too, it's cheesy, and that's not what you want for a corruption-focused game.
