On the CCmod changelog, it's stated for one version that the visual with the p cup tits was disabled, so that means that at one point both the mod and the DLC were compatible, but why was it removed that's what I wonder

That should be obvious that's why I haven't mentioned it but yes, if you own the game and login using with that account you can download mods for the game you own using steamcmd. I don't know why anyone would do that though, I mean you can just open steam and subscribe to a mod and download mods easier that way.
How can I get this mod? I don't know how to download it

Specifically the part I underlined in red, tells you what the downloads have, this is for all threads of games on here. Sometimes the dlc is seperate, it's pretty easy to figure out.

I hit slut level 50 at end of level 4 so I can't get the next volume. Any easy way to cheat my lvl to 49 so I can get all the hero volumes? IIRC there's an alternate ending if you get all of them.
