As your notoriety goes up you get more perverts, which tends to shift the demographics a bit in favor of men. As for only men, there may be an edit you can make to one of the .js files, but I don't know.

i actually lose a couple of times trying to get the goblins to penetrate. just keep wasting willpower and the energy will fall once she orgasm, but is not worth it if you already saw the bar scene.

Two ways as far as I know. Karryn gains sensitivity the more you have sex, orgasming too often without decent way to regen energy is a good way to lose. And you can also lose stamina, either by performing certain actions non stop or being under bliss effect or again, sensitivity. I once got one shotted by a goblin, who went for Karryn's ass and dealt 2000+ stamina damage with crit. Pretty sure for those numbers you will need high level opponents, though.
