PSA: If your game is running really slowly, check your task manager to ensure there aren't multiple copies of "nwjs" running. Sometimes the game doesn't close properly and just sits there as a background process eating up memory.

There's alot of diffrent sex stances and moves in this game, but it's pretty hard to see them, given that all enemies will hit you with a random inescapable grab at the start of every turn. You don't get a chance to try to set anything up.
It really feels like there either needs to be a more reliable way to avoid grab attacks, or a way to spend a resource to escape them.
I don't want to be locked into a handjob scene for 5+ turns. I want to try to get one of the more uncommon scenes, or the new in-battle masturbation CG.
Maybe try to get the pole-dancing passives.
Instead I'll just get locked into a sex-scene immidiately and it won't end until every enemy has been fucked unconscious.
Edit: Also, the moves that lower desire need a rework. There's way too many of them, which clogs up the menu pretty badly, and they seem to lower each desire by about 5 points on average, which...

It is actually really easy, if you know what you are doing. Also vanilla will never have what you wish for. The entire idea of the Desire System is, that once MC accepts something, she wants it. She doesn't want to avoid it or break free. That would go against the entire idea of it. Most just don't understand the System really, have really bad builds, since the only thing they are doing is just losing on purpose or don't know, that every Enemy Type only has certain stances. A Thug will never ever go for a Handjob as an example, since they only start Vaginal Sex. Same for Goblins and so many other enemy types. Actually Handjob is really rare, which means you are only fighting Guards or Prisoners.

No, because there really aren't any.
Oh you can build for specific things, but unless you're going for a purity run, sex scenes will happen to you and you pick up permanent increases to your minimum desire/desire gain, The longer you play the more you get and worse these debuffs will stack, until you can't go more than a single turn in battle without your desires rising enough that you become vunerable to an inescapable grab and none of the skills that are supposed to manage these skills will actually do anything at all.
Which is the problem I posted about in the first place.
This is common knowledge, everybody knows that, and it's completely missing the point besides.
Guards have handjob which is annoying because that's not especially sexy. It also constantly pops up when you're trying to reach the Guard's other, more interesting scenes.
Like the high-kick or the (multiple?) actual penetration poses they have. Nerds have footjob which is a pain when you're trying to see their toy-scenes and gain those passives.
Rogues have the rimjob, which is atleast blockable with a menu option.
Goblins have the pussy licking stance, which is annoying because you don't have any way to actually speed that up by fucking them back.
Look, who has what stance doesn't particularly matter. My point was that every enemy has a stance that they use super-commonly, especially when you're trying to do something else.
With no ability to leave these sex-stances, you can't actually do what you want to do, which is why I think an escape option should be added. Or a title or something that gives you a flat 90% dodge-chance against sex-stances while standing, so you can do whatever you want so long as you manage your stamina properly and don't get knocked down.
In-battle masturbation is especially bad because there's a whole new mechanic built around it but as soon as you raise your desires high enough to have a chance of entering that mode, you will immediately be overruled by some NPC that wants a blowjob or something.
Basing everything on RNG isn't a particularly good strategy for a H-game.
It's annoying, and should be altered as a quality-of-life feature.

I agree with -imanuff. Current pleasure commands should override existing stances. And just add flavour text if she is willing/horny vs when NPCs do them and how she feels (based on corruption/mood whatever). Giving player more control in such cases is to beat the monotony of the gameplay.

You seriously think there aren't Slut builds, that let you decide most of the time, what kind of Sex Position is happening? See, you just proofed my point, of having bad builds. Having high AGI and high MIND, will let you decide most of the time what is happening. Also once again, you can only get locked into a Scene, if there are other enemies, that have the pref for it. So if you want to fight guards, increase the Desires you need, for whatever Sexposition you want and start it. It is so easy, that I don't even know, what else to say. Are there some, that are more difficult to trigger? Sure, but if I want to see a specific Sex Scene, I will get it, rather quick.
About the other stuff, when you already have trouble of getting Nerds, to use Toys, if you only need to keep your Cock Desire low, for them to never be even able to use Footjob, then oh well, I am not even bother anymore, since you already know it better anyway.
Now if we are talking about, that she should be able, to switch from Handjob, to Titjob, since there is already a handjob spot there anyway, sure I agree.

By now, 8.x, Karryns Prison reached a point where it became - on Hard - as good as impossible to be hit/damaged/grabbed/undressed/etc.
It's like Karryn is now hardcoded to be invincible.
The game's "Wait" command aka. Revitalize - due to overlong cooldown - cannot offset being forced to attack and kill the enemies in one hit or even less.
There are enemies where it's a miracle when they don't suicide in 1st round of battle.
Unless cheating in higher charm and accessories to increase desires and otherwise artificially weaken Karryn, the game became basically pointless.
This game URGENTLY needs a proper "Do Nothing" command, like Defend/Wait in every other RPGM, to skip rounds and artificially pile up damage and enemy actions.

Sounds like your Mind stat is too low for how you want to play. All the Willpower skills scale with mind. The higher it is, the more desire will be removed by lower desires, the more energy will be regenerated by Healing thoughts, etc.

I think from the narrative standpoint, Karryn has no reason to purposely wait around when she can attack / take out the enemy. The same reason why the game is implemented in such a way where Karryn cannot immediately go slut mode since she isn't like that (at least at the beginning of the game). Once you get the give up and pleasure stance then it gets easier though.
Not sure about the difficulty changes since I only started in V7, but in V8 prisoner mode I don't feel invincible at all. Maybe its just my build that's bad, but it gets to a point where Karryn can get stuck in perpetual orgasm / bliss state while each orgasm takes away the available energy for the day.
It once was, and people were then only skipping turns and complained, that nothing is happening, because they didn't understand how the Desire System works. Also battles early could drag on forever because of this. And I don't know what you are doing, that you are unbeatable on Prisoner Mode. If you want to lose there, it is rather easy.

After playing the receptionist job for a while and you have enough fame you'll start seeing "naughty" customers who ask for a kiss/fondle/ect. Their appearance frequency is controlled by the notoriety stat. You probably need enough slut level and desire as well.
