It does not actually say the invasion% is 1%. It says "base invasion %" That is increased by you making noise.
Only safe % is 0.

Beat the game a few days ago, now I'm wondering if a masochist Karryn run has become any easier since 1.0 released. The old strat was to just lose every single day but doing that in freemode post-game only makes Karryn cum from basically anything.
