Probably, I haven't seen a fight beaten bosses in the base game yet.
Does Technically Virgin Bride only count for vaginal virginity, or do I have to keep all three/two intact?

Does anyone know if the hidden desire that causes passives to trigger more quickly also applies to passives that require for example a desire to reach 50? In general how does that hidden desire work?
That's a pretty darn nice pose, exactly what I was hoping for.
You can try to avoid them until you get a few levels. Otherwise the +10 strength item is good, as are the skills defensive stance and healing thoughts.
They only spawn in specific rooms on the 1st Floor as long as you have not created wanted enemies. Don't fight in the Bar, in the Room before the Guard Station and in the room after the Goblin Room. So you can safely Level up until you are ready.
Just wait until he runs into the two all jacked up with a baseball bat in the room after the first slimes.
True but that is on the 2nd Floor. But while we are at it, before going to the room after the slimes, take an Edict for the Thug Problem people or that room will kick your ass!
