or you could just get CC mod, they have an option for this too.

It's not just the closest, it's in fact the said position but only for anal.
Beaten the game before but went again with the CC mod however I haven’t been able to find any of the new features. I’ve bought the edicts for pregnancy however it’s never once shown up and i’ve already gotten to free play mode, same thing with the clothes option that i’ve yet to find, is that stuff in the store? I saw in the game files there was a goth outfit but i’ve haven’t figured out where that stuff is at.
you can also just change some variables if you still want the cut in for preg, and edit the receptionist js to chose what visitors can appear.
