Can anyone explain how exactly you get the kick counter scene? Obviously you need to be disarmed and kick something but what and when?
Haven't played v6 yet but to get countered by a Thug in earlier version you had to be wet, the target had to be blushing, and then they had to survive a hit from your unarmed attack. When all those conditions are met there's a high probability that after taking the hit they grab your leg and instantly penetrate you.
Do I only get erotic scenes when I lose a battle?
There's three basic kinds of sex that happen in this game.
First is defeat scenes, which happen if you run out of stamina and energy at the same time; there's only one defeat scene per floor of the prison, basically two variations of Karryn getting dragged off somewhere, gangbanged, and waking up unarmed and sore the next morning.
Second is enemy H-attacks in combat. These are randomly mixed in with their physical attacks (more common when they're horny, less common when they're angry), but each has a prerequisite level of Desire from Karryn. So they can be prevented entirely by keeping her desires low... but at the start of the game, the required desire levels for most of them are over 100% which means they just won't happen; even if you want to see it Karryn won't allow it. As things happen to her and she gain passive traits (and her slut level increases) the required level of desires for related sex acts get permanently lowered, making it easier to see those scenes (and harder to avoid them) with every passing day. [Desire requirements are also much lower when you're knocked down, either by a trip attack or running out of stamina; at the start of the game if you have any stamina you automatically stand up again on your first action but later you get the ability to stay down and rest for a bit, or even to lie down voluntarily.]
Think of it this way: Karryn is so damn tough that unless she's been completely incapacitated, there's no way for anybody do actually do things to her against her will... but she's also secretly super horny and over time can be convinced to, in a moment of weakness, allow these criminals do things to her that would have been unthinkable when she was just a secretary.
Third is Karryn's sex skills. She start off without any, but after a specific act (kiss, handjob, blowjob, whatever, except vaginal isn't done being coded yet) is done
to her enough times, you unlock the ability to do it to others voluntarily.
So the two broad categories of character builds are the fighter (/sadist) who avoids letting the prisoners do anything to her and beats them into submission, and the slut who allows the prisoners to do things to her enough to get lots of passives and sex skills, and then either uses those to force enemies to submit or just builds up her endurance enough to outlast anybody who tries to fuck her. Disadvantage to the first is that eventually, especially in Prisoner mode, somebody gets lucky and she starts a death spiral of helplessness because passives can never be removed and slut level only goes up, disadvantage to the second is that without the skills to survive actual combat you're doomed if you can't convince the prisoners to give up on fighting and just fuck you already.
Note that it's impossible to stay
completely pure because even if you never allow any sex stuff to happen, Karryn gradually becomes more and more sadistic as she engages in violence until eventually she can orgasm just from beating somebody to death.
Fourth I guess is during the side jobs, which follow rules of their own outside of the usual game. If you run out of stamina and energy in either it counts like a normal floor one defeat, but before that they each have unique content. As a waitress people will pay extra if you flash them or drink with them, and if you get drunk enough and have more than a tiny bit of cock desire you switch from a serving drinks minigame to a sex minigame with all the current customers. As a receptionist goblins will try to molest you from behind and if any visitors see this happen you gain infamy; if you have enough infamy or a specific visitor witnesses enough lewdness while standing in line they'll start to request kisses or gropes or handjobs instead of just taking their paperwork and walking away.
