no it comes in a few encounter but you need desire for actions to actually happen=collect as much passives as you can at first
Starting combat is technically "Yes" since sex in this game is mostly part of combat. Just stand and wait if you wanna do "Yes".
Not sure if they pay you if you don't have a certain passive.

I was getting cash from the fight even if I won by kicking their butts (on a fresh character, so no passives at all). I don't know if you'll earn more by offering them a helping hand instead, but if there is - the amount was small enough that I wasn't able to tell.
I hope it come in the next update cause the job system is the best i ever saw in rpg
I was thinking that an interesting idea could be scheduled inspectors or something similar that you have options on how to impress/dominate/seduce.
If you win by letting them cum you get money as well and it was from this I eventually got titjob.
Same here, that's who I got the titjob skill on my save. Though they seem to like handies so much, that triggering a titjob isn't as easy as it seems, had to manage my meters a little bit. I was mostly wandering whether the payout stays the same regardless of how you win, I ought to check that the next time I play.
Once you train up Stamina and Endurance you can outlast quite a few rounds, the Energy from Cum option is a nice way to top it off. I haven't tried a combat build, I was investing time in learning the sex mechanics and how they worked out. Though this early in the game I expect it will change some, I am having fun with as well but don't want to burn out on it with the updates that will be coming for the other floors.
