You have to have the actions performed on you by enemies a certain number of times. eg. give 20 tittyfucks to enemies to unlock the titjob skill.

I honestly kinda like playing the easy mode in games like this. Most of the time, when it comes to rpgmaker games, the only thing higher difficulty adds is more time grinding. Although, if I had any gripes. It would be that Secretary Mode makes the combat a little too trivial. But, the combat system has just enough options once you get them unlocked, that it's not too bad grinding for stats.

Does anyone know how difficult it would be to mod Karryn's Prison?
I love the game, don't get me wrong, but I think a mod that could adjust various things could be awesome. Like adding an option to speed up enemy turns or adding a keybind that speeds up enemy turns (like the "enter/OK key does) but without the risk that it suddenly becomes your turn and you use a Willpower skill before you realize that you have to let go of the button.
Other adjustments could be requirements for various sex skills, ie. how much of the individual desire levels are needed for certain skills. And the sex part of the combat could also use some tweaking, since it takes forever to beat opponents with sexual skills because they do so little "pleasure damage".

Does anyone know which file contains the abilities for different types of inmates? (If it's possible, I want them to have each others abilities)
Does anyone has the save of all 171 passives or somewhere close to 171 like 160 and up? Wanna compare them to my save and see how I could unlock them

I believe this one has all 300+ passives currently in the game code unlocked. Half of them don't have passive menu entries yet but the effects are implemented so you can see stats of a turboslut Karryn.
Out of 171 passives with descriptions, 6 or 7 can't be unlocked in this version of the game due to limits set on sex records. You can edit those in www/js/plugins/RemtairyKarrynLimit.js file (or delete it altogether) but I'm not sure if your save will work properly with future versions if you do that.
There are also Virgin Hunter passives that are not limited but would take a ridiculous amount of time to unlock without vaginal and anal skills.
