So heres the thing i wanna run the prison as a Dominatrix Ruler i get to torture the rioters but if lets say every three or two days theres no riot i get to "reward" the guards hell even some prisoners is that possible? And also is there a "you can fuck me but you cant defeat me" build?

It's possible, but it depends on how much of a "reward" you want to give. Just remember that to learn the sex skill so that you can initiate it, you have to have it done to you a lot. The fastest way to learn all the sex skills is to lose repeatedly, which goes against your Dominatrix rp.

It's probably possible, but there is a super high risk of devolving into either a slut build or a game over. The "you can fuck me but you cant defeat me" build IS the slut build, which requires a different set of stats than a dominatrix.

I believe that the base game makes this impossible the way you want to do it. But you can always figure out what will get you and modify the game to make it happen. But no, I don't think it can happen organically.

The leaked version 10+ on this forum are the last tests before the polished version releases.

Yes, that is most likely. The steam version folders will probably be build slightly different but the main files shouldn´t have changed.
