That is not correct, if you look at the Global achievements, both pure sadistic and masochistic runs are roughly equally difficult paths, a bit below 2% completion. What you can say is that the game always tries to pull into being an exhibitionistic slut, with you forcefully or assertively trying to convince it otherwise if you want to.
Being a Sadist or Masochist requires a lot of planning of how you will get one but not the other

If you look at it from a game mechanical standpoint, instead of how the content has been filled. There are 244 passives that has ties to sadism, and only 104 that has ties to masochism. So the game in more leaning towards sadism... but...
Mind you, the broad definition the game uses is that sadism is you doing something to others, and masochism is others doing something to you.
You can do 1 thing, while you can have 3-4 things done to you in parallel, so it probably balances out, and therefore both are roughly equally hard to obtain.

That is also why it is difficult to either a complete masochist or sadist, the easiest, and what the game pushes, is you doing something while something is being done to you.

About the excessive confidence. The most important part of sadism is being in control, if you have excessive confidence, you have actually lost some control, so it should not be part of sadism. If it should be part of masochism... well I don't know

This one is not working in current steam version, no biggie since it seems there is passives for it, I think? guess will have to grind for those but tried both copypasting the "should look like this" and only removing betwen the first line and the //Always

After taking a quick look, it seems that they refactored the liquid code a bit (seems to be the work of modder madtisa).
But it should be even easier to avoid the bukkake clean up now.

Everything from here is still working except the 'main' part (everything from the first code spoiler to the second).
Instead of deleting all those lines you just have to search for this.cleanUpBodyLiquids(); and add // in front to comment them out. I played a bit around with her having a lot of cum and didn't run into any image problems, but please tell me if you run into any.

You still have to do the bottom part of the original tweak if you want to keep cum after resting.
