Sounds like she's 'ruined' to be honest mate. I recall some one else had listed the same issue (or a similar one) and the advice from the community was that they needed to start again or something to that effect.

You probably just messed something up.
Vortex doesn't detect whether you have a legitimate or pirated game.
Also, the one you downloaded is from ryuugames not F95.
It takes a few seconds if you install the game on an SSD.
If you've got it on HDD, there's one setting (which I don't remember the name of) that should not be enabled, which may cause the game to take mins to load.

If it gets way too difficult even when you're using the skills that reduce % pleasure damage the problem could be you've enabled too many edicts since higher opponent stats = higher pleasure damage especially at high slut level.

Have you tried entering with as low arousal as possible, suppressing your desires as much as possible before the start and going backstage for a break when things get too spicy (to suppress desires again)? I remember having a similar problem and that helped a lot. Desire gain will still be very high if you have a lot of passives, but that's what the break is for. Also don't strip immediately, even if customers want it, and make sure you have the backroom upgrade (you can end the show earlier). My strategy was to make everyone cum simultanously once or twice, go for a break (so that the crowd rotates and I can get rid of the horny), and then proceed to build the crowd up evenly to have as many clients for the aftershow as possible.

If you don't do intermissions to hide behind the curtains and take breaks, she'll suffer from more "Sight-based orgasms" that basically chain together until she passes out. To prevent this from happening your options are basically raise your sight resistance as high as you can (See no Evil before stepping out of the Curtains or accessories/titles), or unlock more passives to reduce Bliss chance, cuz Bliss is ultimately what causes fails as they chain together and basically prevent Karryn from doing literally anything besides taking the Breathe action.
Another way to kind of cut your potential losses and still come out with money from the deal is unlock the Private Room and then do the Private Room activation after she starts getting too horny and cumming too much, because with the private rooms, it usually leads to sex, which lets them fill her up with cum and restore her energy, and that gets you money per person that joins her back there.
Just remember to take breaks every 4-5 minutes while she's on stage if you are doing the longer runs (20/24 minutes). A few angry patrons is more worth it than failing altogether and getting the punishment, which results in her getting way more fatigued the following day (and typically left scandalous, which prevents you doing much of ANY activity besides Strip Club and story progress).
So is Sushikun Hanger Pack dead? I can't find any downloads for it, otherwise I have all the major mods working fine, just the hanger isn't spawning in at all. I have tried a bunch of stuff including manually installing, updating the mod and getting the compatibly mod and the hanger still wont spawn in, any advice?

This has nothing to do with Russian laws nor does it prevent Steam from taking action against someone using their service.
I'm talking about their community from all around the world who have been cracking/bypassing Steam games, DLC and even emulating multiplayer games for years, including myself.

This game is definitely worth buying. The amount of times I played this game thru is amazing. With Descension run now added its gonna sky rocket in what you can do. I used to have 49 out of 50 but well. they added 10 more achievements.
