full save for what? the games has no gallery all ero content is combat and defeat scenes and jobs.
if what you want is to have the advantages of new game plus from the start meaning the titles that grant buffs just use Mtool to open the game go to item/weapon/armor windows and give youserlf all titles and gifts(this is even cheating since normally you cannot have all gifts at the same time).
if what you want is to unlock all features of the game(full access to prison and all jobs) in literally 15 min just install babe and kp mod. then in battle you have acces to a kill all enemies button (use this together with the title that makes you gain 0 exp and you can reach end game with level 1 karryn to corrupt however you want or get any pure ending you want.)
you will want to use both mods and Mtool anyway to improve you playing experience and extra content(pregnancy and more clothes, protitution job, webcam job) anyway.
so yeah i could upload my save but wont work for you unless you have the same mods.
so yeah if you play as intended this is a long game (in the bitch route) but you have the tools to make it as short as you want.

Mtool also really recoment KP,pregnancy and babe mods. all add a lkot of extra funtionality that makes the game more fun to play and more content. also REALLLLYYY recomend you change it so karryn always acts before the enemy since never being able to initiate the sex type you want get frustrating fast. this is not a mods but a text file you need to edit there is a comment here that explains how if you search for it.
mtool also lets you speed up the figths and give you extra stats so you dont lose if you dont want too.

the cc mod page has a how to install part that takes you to another page that explains it (has a video even) to install vortex mod manager, then how to still karryn extension for it and config it.
once you have that you just need to download the release form git and drag and drop the zip file inot the mod manager, it will auto install the needed mods for it too on its own. took me around 20 min to install vortex and all the mods (KP, cc and babe mods) if you get an error for a mods when the game opens just go to vortex and click the rinstall button on the mod that failed and will work now,dont ask me why.

Gym is unlocked after defeating the Boss of the 3rd Floor, Aron. You go there once a day, give advice to the Prisoners or Guards who visit. After about 5 days, you'll start unlocking Passives and new Uniforms. If your playthrough has unlocked the various Sex-related skills, Passives etc. Then you can begin escalating the encounters, too. Check your passives after each shift until you see one that confirms you've unlocked "Pull Shorts" that means Karryn will pull out their cocks and start having fun.

as Fledder noted, same place for all edicts, office phone, select the fort level 3, and there are a set of edits for the gym
