The mod seems to work in the latest version. You might have to copy some image files around if an error pops up after Tonkin at least it worked for me that way.

It means that apart from inmates chuckles, there will be some lines of spoken dialog added, at least for Karryn. Not sure though which languages are going to be implemented and whether only cutscene parts will be voiced or perhaps the sex scenes as well. if the latter, then there is a lot of voiceover work to do for Karryn.
I tried it on v7B.i and it worked fine.
P.S. - I tweaked the exhibitionist feature to not affect fatigue or pleasure in any way coz I faced a bug once where Karryn woke up to NA pleasure and that save wouldn't load up later
P.P.S - don't use the master from the git. The last updated version is in dev branch. The master branch is buggy with a few issues with image file names. Don't think the modder updated the master branch yet.

Masturbation is key if you want the inmates to fap themselves into submission. To get Karryn aroused enough to masturbate in combat, either sadism or some help from the inmates is usually needed. Aside from that, you'll want high mind and agility to stay in control. The main problem is that masturbation isn't all that reliable, you still need to be ready for regular combat whenever Karryn's not feeling like touching herself, and horny enemies will still be touchy, so you'll need to take care of them some other way.
Alternatively, if your slut level is still relatively low, you can Flaunt and keep beating on the inmates while they're jerking off. This isn't much of an option if your desires are rising too fast to be suppressed, though.
From starting titles, anything that gets you extra coin is good. Ambitious Experimenter is still king, I think.
Extra sensitivity is mostly up to your taste, with whole body and mouth being more of a pain than others. Vaginal sensitivity is pretty good if you want Karryn to stay a virgin - but only while you can keep that desire low.
Ironically, the dormant desires exclusive to prisoner difficulty are far less problematic than the usual ones. Sadism and Masochism ones let you grab the titles easier, while Masturbation... beats me what masturbation level does, but it's still better than any desire rising every turn.
just want to point out that, although rare and later in the game I had the occasional orc go to the bar, so they do go to the bar, not sure if they only do so when the bar reaches a certain reputation, but they do come to the bar.
