Anyway I think futas on Melty's quest had a point because the plot, but on Karryn´s Prison not make much sense from my point of view, but if devs do then whatever because after all is fantasy and there are other stuff that dont fits (like her weapon), the game is a success anyway since they have that awesome "combat" system.
