Once she is slutty enough if you go into a defeat scene that music plays and Karryn enjoys herself during the lose scene with sluttier dialogue.

You actually need to unlock defeat passives for each level for the 'smooth jazz' to play while she's receiving a corrective measure of sex:

- Meat Road Paradise for bar storage
- Human Urinal for the bathroom gangbang
- Addicted to Solitary Confinement for solitary cell sex in chains

All of the above are granted after +16 defeats.

To unlock the muzak for guards in bedroom scene, she also needs to be gangbanged, meaning the cherry has to go, so all her 3 orifices are filled at the same time. The bathroom rest will also have this muzak played for slutty hardworking gloryhole operator. Apart from the muzak and sluttier dialogue, Karryn will react to being captured with a heart, not surprised note. Not to mention the growing crowd of inmates surrounding her.

The higher the notoriety, the more perverts will show up, and the more likely they are to ask for lewder acts like handjobs and blowjobs. Just make sure you have some visitors waiting in line when the goblins are getting busy to get those notoriety points.

I haven't looked into the code, so someone who knows better can correct me, but from my in game experience it's based on the number of losses you've had. I'm not sure if it's entirely separate for the different loss scenes or if they all increase each other. There may also be a number of days into the game affect, but not at all sure about that.
