if the game takes about 60 days in-game to complete, pregnancy isn't needed but if you design your game to be grindy and takes awhile to complete then maybe make it easier to mod or made it to the final product so more people will buy your games based on their "Kink",
it doesn't matter if you can understand one of the other person kink but for me it's a sign of commitment and a bad/good life choices for MC to take, and also if MC do all those kind of thing and don't have to see their consequences i think it's not really a good game,
you get raped ? = mind break
you did it witout condoms ? = you get kids
you did not submit ? = get badly injured
it just that i don't like it when you do it and it's a dud, it's a waste of energy, just lust and pleasure is kinda boring, i need consequences and fil my kink that's all.

Well, from a client's perspective that's what pornography and it's mother, prostitution (or should I say, sex work) is all about - just lust and pleasure with no consequence. No one expects any serious consequences from playing a porn game. The in-game pregnancies are not real, are they? Compared to real-life gestation, labor and travails of parenthood, it's mostly just fetishization of impregnation and stylized bellies... which I can kinda understand. The 'consequences' kink just sounds a bit too ominous to me.

tho I'm a fan of pregnancy, your assumptions are a little bit too harsh and inflexible. there are countless h-game protagonists that do all of those and never get pregnant or injured during the game (the most obvious one for me is Taimanin Asagi. like, it can't get more hardcore than black lilith). if we get a pregnant ending I'm still satisfied.
the gameplay stands out among other similar corruption-based games and that's impressive. at least for me. I have many kinks in games like this and here I get none of them (incest, bestiality, etc) but I still love it for what they're trying to achieve
