When you say "purposely lose" do you mean purposely drain your stamina to fall down?
The name of the passive is called
PASSIVE_PANTIES_STRIPPED_ONE_ID. The more advanced versions are not in the game yet. You unlock the passive after having your panties stripped at least 5 times and reaching slut level 10. Your panties are stripped in all sex scenes (this includes non-penetration scenes like handjob or cunnilingus scenes). Also you only see that the panties are missing, if your clothes are (partially) damaged. With the passive, you have a 10% chance to lose the panties for the rest of the day after they got stripped in a fight.You don't have permission to view the spoiler content.

Yes. In the beginning the best option is to use the skill that increases evasion chance, because this allows the enemies to damage you until you have no stamina. The 'give up' skill that was meant is unlocked by the passive 'Convenient sex object' that you get by having 30 sex partners and reaching max desire in all five categories at the same time in at least 4 battles. The 'give up' skill sets your stamina to 0 instantly.
Okay, I’ve definitely met the max desire in all five categories at the same time in at least 4 battles, probably still short on the 30 sex partners so just need to get fucked some more to unlock Give Up.
I wanted to know if I needed to have my stamina gone in order to unlock Give Up or not because I’ve edited my save to give myself huge amounts of stamina, but still want to have Give Up so that if I want to be in that position I can choose to do so.
Also curious, does anyone know if the sexual skills (specifically speaking on the tit-fuck one) is unlockable by # of partners or amount of turns being tit fucked.
I was thinking of grinding level 1 boss before defeating him since he will just titfuck you all day, but if it has to be different partners to unlock then obviously that would not be a good way to grind for the skill.

Nope stamina doesn't matter. Only those two requirements.
You need the passive
PASSIVE_TITTYFUCK_COUNT_TWO_ID, so 20 tittyfucks. No matter with how many dudes. But it matters that the action gets initiated 20 times. So it does not count if one dude tittyfucks her all day. He has to finish the scene and reinitiate it.Ah, darn. So grinding the boss would be pretty tedious to achieve those 20 cause he only raises like 1 percent to climax per turn lmao. This game is great on pretty much every level, but holy hell is it slooooow. Battles take forever, the grind takes forever,...if you want to see sex scenes, you're almost better off just putting it on the hardest difficulty it feels like.
I don't recall if it was in Meltys Quest, been awhile since I've played that, and it may have already been discussed but I couldn't locate it anywhere within the thread if it was but I'm hoping that there will be other things implemented that people can toggle (like the rimjobs and stuff) specifically squirting would be nice.
Only luck I've had in making the game operate smoothly as possible is having the game not be fullscreen (just leave it at it's original size), obviously changing the options to very short length of time the words are there, changing the option to get rid of the cut ins, and oddly enough I've had a lot of luck playing the game with a mouse instead of a keyboard. I don't know if that's genuinely a thing but I switched to playing with a mouse recently instead of using the keyboard and I tend to just left click constantly during battle scenes and stuff and it seems to pass by at a good speed without lag or delay.
Question, if I replace the footjob animation which I assume the Nerds initiate with the Kick Counter, will the nerds initiate the kick counter position on their own or do I still have to actually get kick countered?
