Well, the strip club was certainly worth the hype, at least from the scenes I've gotten to (which is not a lot atm). Well, guess I'll wait till a stable version of 9B comes out in a month or so.

shouldn't take a month. Rem rarely spends more than 1-2 weeks for bugfixes and tweaks to an existing version. You should have a pretty stable version in 2 days. and most likely the final form of 9B in a week or so

I haven't downloaded 9B yet, but afaik strip club should be in the same chamber where you defeated Aron, the Alpha Lizardman. So, that's the north east room in Level 3. Go down the stairs to Level 3 and then the north door

Ya didn't have to. Found the last version with the cc mod pre-installed. Just need to add the tweaks and I'll be golden.

Usually it is the good man Regelious who is uploading the file for everyone but his last post said he was going to sleep (looks like last post page 899). We probably won't have the latest file for a while
