I've always played a slut-build in this game, and sometimes while fucking my way to victory I can get stuck in an endless cycle of orgasm -> (bliss) -> clear head; when a single sex action can cause Karryn's pleasure to hit 120%. Guess you are encountering enemies that are quite charm resistant. Maybe try flirting with them and using that charm boost skill (forgot the name) so you thin the herd before they all gang up on you. That way I can usually outlast them. Also blowjobs are OP because they let you act first.
Otoh my Karryn normally isn't slutty enough to fill the pleasure gauge from a single enemy action.
Could it be that you are also stuck in a cycle of losing and getting gangbanged on a level that's rioting? She gets more sensitive the longer you go without her sleeping in her own bed.
