depends, most countrys in Latin America have a minimun wage of 300 to 400 $ per month, and if u live in venezuela or Argentina, u live on less than 50 $ a month or in Argentina for less than 200$ a month, so most people in LA have btw 100 to 5 $ to use on themself after paying all their monthly expenses. Also, this is a pirate forum, u can ask people to support the dev all u want, doesnst mean they have to listen, and nobody really care if u think that "is the right thing to do" so, save ur breath and time, is not worth it.

I was going to buy this, then read the Steam description and decided on pretentiousness alone I didn't care to give them money regardless of quality.

I ended up buying it anyway cos I really like the dynamic with the management, small jobs and other stuff.
Definitely a keeper and probably worth the $20. I take back what I said, the description is accurate but it's still pretentious xD

How the hell are you supposed to play this game? Is the objective to lose and get fucked or not? I can't tell because winning all these tedious ass battles don't seem to give any fan service.

While I agree with your statement, but Argentina regional price is less than $3. I think the dev is more than generous to ask $3 for a project they've been working on for 2 years.
It's kinda sad that their description rub you in the wrong way, yet understandable. When I read their game description on their website I know it would drive off some people. However, I think it's not what Rem want. As far as I follow him on discord, SubscribeStar and Patreon, I think he's a rather humble and transpalent dev.

No, rem payed two seperate voice actresses. For the eng and Jpn variations.
I died laughing seeing this on the top sellers literally just below Elden Ring. Honestly deserved, this game has made for a lot of fun even while it was in beta
I'm not sure how Top Sellers tab work on steam. I guess it depends on the region.
I was worried for a bit that Karryn's Prison is not on the top sellers on my steam. However, after I go to the global top sellers. Karryn's Prison is the 4th top selling game below Halo Infinite, GTFO, GTA5, and CSGO, respectively. So I guess Karryn's Prison does not sell a lot in my region.
It's beating Guardians of the Galaxy. It's beating Elden Ring. It's beating Destiny 2. It's top 10 in my region, it's the best selling indie game, and it's definitely the best selling nudity game right now.
