I managed to keep literally every single "virginity" intact, and beat the game. and somehow got the "happy" slut ending. prolly because i picked the sadist and hurting people turned her on. But still, REALLY??? I am VERY mad. waste of time. game is hot as shit but wtf?!

Happy ending triggers on a certain amount of passives as far as I know, I never had your mentioned problems getting the empress ending - but I only did virgin runs on secretary mode cus fuck that on warden mode the guys there are way too horny

This game: Do something -> get punished
Conclusion: Developers of this game are sadistic and manipulative bastards.
By the way, I think ending was determined by the amount of passives you have, not sure about the exact amount, last time I completed this game proper/vanilla/unmodded was a long time ago.

You don't need *that* many passives to trigger happy end instead of Empress, but the easy way to do it while maintaining virginity would be to collect sadism level where you can (the formula for which ending you get isn't just number of passives, sadism/masochism level and other stuff affects it too) and collect the first few "starter" passives from side-jobs.

Bar side job need a high level of endurance, so unless you have it. Never buy the upgrades in the menu, otherwise the inmates will use stronger alcohol and that will reduce Karry stats in no time

How did you even manage to serve 2 drinks with 280 passives.
Last time I had that many passives Karryn came while moving to the first table

Besides what others are saying, you need a high Mind stat so you can use Resist Orgasm while carrying drinks. I'm in the Happy End free play with a slut level in the high 400s and she never drops the tray.

Getting Karryn naked all the time? Including the map screen (see fig.1)? I see you are a man of culture as well. That was actually one of my first tweaks. There are three easy tweaks you can do for the full experience:

1.) Don't let her put clothes back on after a fight. This includes the map screen. Works until sleep or waitress job.

It does, i did it like, two weeks ago.
To make it work, at least what i did, is to do the three tweaks.
But i wouldn't bother if i were you, it's a "scandalous state" and make the game harder in places that should be safe.
Someone a few pages before even had a problem with it and couldn't do the final fight because of something like that.
