They added smaller boobs, more voice lines, pubic hair and gym sidejob. They are currently in the process of adding bigger boobs and redrawing cg's. It is probably worth playing again after bigger boobs dlc is released.
The newest blog post says its done. With evidence of such throughout the last couple months. However whatever the finishing touches are to patch the stuff together into the game are not finished because the dev aparently has covid and needs rest.
Realisticly it should of came out today. However it shouldnt be more then a couple days out. Maybe another week if unlucky.

(I might have wrote this in a confusing manner inadvertently, leading you misinterpreting what I had in mind, I wrote job because I recognize their good work and it was the word that came to mind at the time.
I am fully aware that's their prerogative to not updating their mods after the DLC drop and that they work for free (some should get a Patreon or something for what they do, because they ought to get some rewards for their work).
I'm quite fluent in English, but it's not my primary language, sometimes there are some words lost in translation.
While there's no harm done, toning down the patronizing a bit could be great.
