Why didnt they just remove the entry to infirmary? It's been there since forever and the game is completed.

One is a cosmetic implementation, the other is both cosmetic and a whole ass gameplay mechanic that would have to be implemented to work properly with everything else. Guess which one they'd be more motivated to do first lol

To be fair, there are special prisoners with a pink aura that return, which somewhat singles them out. However that feature isn't as fleshed out as I hoped it would be.
Instead of yet another crappy cup/pube DLC, I'd love to see the above getting done properly, in the spirit of the game (it's always Karryn's choice in the end).
Let's say there could be a stalker, who follows her around like other "pink" inmates, but pays special attention to where Karryn sleeps and correctly times the guard rotations so that he can sneak by unnoticed, even under high security edicts.
He would follow her during one of her "patrols", and oh no, he defeats her and she drops a special key that she "forgot" to leave at the guard station. What a surprise to find him during the night in her room, where he impregnates her in front of some of his buddies with the door locked so that she cannot escape, shaming her with an extra powerful climax and some personal branding. For the NTR crowd, she could even be "convinced" to call the emperor on the phone just before.
I would literally pay for such a mod to exist, or any mod really that makes a prisoner really stand out from the crowd. Extra unique dialog or gameplay would be the cherry on top of the cake.

what version works with ccmod atm, i tried with 1.2.9.64 and i keep getting a wrong header error, which seemed to be most up to date with modsettings and fastcutin etc
Sister's hole couldve been a complete outfit mod not exclusive to bathroom stalls, the same as all the work of (idk how but at this very moment I forgot the guy's name).

Kind of want the dev and artist to keep adding horizontal content to the game, such as night exhibitionism, pregnancy, more invasion mechanics, more sex with the known characters, add a wall you can try to get into and get stuck, more bar mechanics and levels

You're trying to use cc mod with the p cup dlc aren't you?
If so, spoiler alert, most mods are out of date, and they are going to take time to get updated. There's still consistent bug fix updates happening too.
So yes, using oudated mods on the wrong version will cause errors like this, best to be patient.

I tell you what I'd like to see, a large selection of outfits to choose from, and length of hair with adjustable hair colours not just the few it has, and a body sizer, also teacher side job should be a teacher with sexy teacher outfit with short skirt, teaching those young goblins and it would be a shota style classroom suffice to say there be a lot of gang banging with young goblin and other race jouvenile offenders. -Jared sent some goblins who disobeyed him btw.
