Are you asking about slime boss? If you are playing as a slut they(slimes) start sex poses with anal sex. Keep ass and cock desire high and all other desires low to make sure you don't trade blows with several enemies at the same time. Alternatively, you can just bonk it really, really hard. Also, you might wanna defeat doctor first using handjob skill(or something else) or he will make the fight harder for you.

I thought I had to deal with the slime first since karryn mentioned she needed to defeat it first before she can subjugate the doctor. Also is there a way to get karryn completely naked without the tie, warden hat and everything?

Yes you have to beat the slime first. The other enemies are untouchable. If you're doing a slut run, it's good to invest in endurance, dexterity and mind. I'd recommend letting karryn get fucked by the slimes or losing on level 2 to get anal passives until she unlocks the "anal sex" skill. Once you have that, the fight should be pretty easy unless you're playing a higher difficulty.
To play as karryn completely naked, you have to first beat the game which unlocks decension mode. In decension mode you can choose the "a different mindset" decension which makes her naked for the rest of theplaythrough.
It's based on Karryn's stats, the strength of the drinks prisoners have, and the number of prisoners in the bar. The starting drinks of pale ale and water have very low alcohol and before you build up bar reputation there won't be many prisoners there. If you don't have anything to do, hang out at the table with the most prisoners, since that gives more odds to drink each turn.

Oh yeah I've forgotten slime boss actually prevents you from attacking other enemies, sorry.

I watched it and task manager does not show higher usage rate than 50%. The highest was 52% but mostly 50.

It's based on how drunk she, how many orgasm did she have and how many times did she fuck in the bar already. The more times she fucked in the bar, the less orgasms are required. If she is drunk then all it matters is that one of her desires is high. How much drinking is required to get drunk depends on her stamina. Karryn with less stamina gets drunk from less alcohol.

Add one of the following to the parameters (be that Launch Options, Parameters, Command Line, Target, etc...)

--user-data-dir=<path\to\game>\profile(In my case, this would be"--user-data-dir=F:\Vortex\Stock Games\Karryn's Prison\profile")
Note: This should work for all NW.js-based applications (ie: all RPG Maker MV/MZ games)

Yep, the entire game is just her getting beaten up, and people jerking off to her body. That's it, that's the entire game.
Forget about the dlsite or steam preview pictures, showing all the content of the game. Clearly showing much more than that. It doesn't exist, no siree bob.
I'm not doubting there's more content, I'm just highlighting the weird and jarring first impressions. Putting your knowledge of the game aside, I doubt you would expect heavily roided up prisoners who are perving on and groping the character to just politely stand back and jerk off when they have her in a vulnerable position.
I have no doubt there's some whacky stat you have to level up or some sequence of events you can do to make something interesting happen. But you cannot deny the jarring disconnect.
