No and no. If the mods are on github you can probably go back and find a version that is compatible with the old cg version, but that's on you to find.

Okay, here's another modification for emerladCoder's Cheat Menu, incorporting the changes of both Sentalion and Abdalmaus who posted here, with some additional modifications.
It's still really clunky to use, even though i removed some things that don't seem to work in KP, but i have zero knowledge of either JavaScript or HTML, so this is the best i can do since a proper GUI is out of my league.

Install by following the included readme. I changed it to be loaded via the game's mods feature, so it won't get overwritten by game updates, unless an update changes the mods.txt file.
Open up the cheat menu in-game by pressing 1 (not on NumPad), and navigate the panels with 2 and 3.
Also try pressing F9 for a handy in-game window to see or edit variables and switches much more easily than via the cheat menu
Highlights include a working cheat for Edict Points, Corruption, Order and all that good stuff, as well as controlling enemies' and own pleasure and stamina.
Here's some stuff that's changed / new:

All the default cheat menu stuff is still there, like a Teleport feature, changing the game's Switches and Variables, a gold cheat / money cheat, No clip, god mode etc... These work pretty well, but poke around at the others at your own risk! It's a good idea to back up your save before you mess around with this.

Being the genius that I am, I decided to start a fresh save since I haven't played in a while. I don't know why I thought it'd be a great idea to play on Prisoner with the "From Failed State" descension active from the start. Getting through this without titles is painful. I already game over'd on Floor 3 
I really just wanted to test how feasible the different descensions are without NG+. This feels like the only really problematic one.

when i played it last time version 1.0 or something. I edited a file so the most enemys are hobos. i have no idea how i did that, does anyone know?
anyone know how to get things to do in gym? i cant loose enough stamina to loose. Also i can just pet and handjob.
edit: it just needs a long time until she is a high level slut to get something called "demonstrate". But i still just have only pet and handjob XD

The larger enemies in general are all hard to come by really.. if there's any sort of mod that gives them a chance to show up at The Bar at least it would mean a lot to me
Larger enemies don't seem to be kissable either, although I guess that would require a bit of new art in order to implement, and the same could be said for if they were to appear at The Gym.
