It is probably(I am not sure) a flaunt pose from one of the builds before version 1.0. If that's the case you can't get it.

Obvious ones are the 3 ending type, stat type ending title and kiss/virginity related ones.
i use this website to track which route to do.

I usually see what other title i can unlock along the way while doing them. Sidejob related title are usually best left to do on your pure white stained run (400+ SL) since you need to grind the related passives for it.
