Warden difficulty is possible. There are diverse strategies in this thread. But this game is not easy and a little unpredictable .

Also my first playthrough was with the 2nd difficulty and I almost had to start over, the game is indeed quite hard
If you find it impossible, try unlocking more titles for passive & equip buff on secretary/warden difficulty first. It helps a lot even on challenge mode.
The first time i beat prisoner mode was with a combat Agi build. Fastest and probably easiest run i had was with a energy/end sex build (~89 ingame day) on unarmed challenge.

For me, it does work. I have a Max2 connected to my pc through the official Lovense Bluetooth dongle. Running the Lovense Remote software, I connect my toy and set the option to allow connections:
Then in Karryn's Prison (just tested this with Karryn's Prison v1.3.0.89), when I set the settings for Lovense and click connect, it recognizes my Max2:

I got a really important question, just two days i wanted to check on the game since last i played it was around 4 years ago and for me, was one of the GOATED games
and i saw a lot of new/improved poses in the change logs.
does anyone know what they are cause I’ve been playing a new save file and from what i remember all the poses, like the goblins cunnlingus are the same both battle and secretary mode and i downloaded the latest update with the gym DLC. I even looked at the logs and i saw many positions or states are changed but so far nothing is new to me.
please help cause im lost and dont know if its a setting toggle or something im supposed to download

It is not really a decrease. When you enter a guard battle, you automatically increase Guard aggression by +1. If you win, you keep that Guard aggression, but if you lose it'll revert that Guard aggression. So you be never able to subtract more guard aggression than you started with. With Guard aggression being 0 initially. If you engage in anything that give you 1 or more Guard aggression, you cannot decrease it any further than 1. This is so people who do the Guard battle and lose on purpose cannot keep their Guard aggression at 0 but at minimum keep 1 guard aggression. Guard aggression is also used to tell if you get Guards in your enemypool. With 0 Guard aggression, you dont get any guards. If you have 1 or more Guard aggression, you'll get guards into the enemy pool. I think you can see why the min will be set to 1 once you got 1 guard aggression.
Before that fix, that Guard aggression wouldnt be reverted, means even if you lose you keep that Guard aggression.
gotcha, i feel like there should be a mechanism to lower guard aggression, not necessarily an easy one, but more like a counter to "keep them in line"
relieve some stress and you dont have to fight your own guards
I have a question and I'm entirely sure it's been asked and answered before, but after sifting through hundreds of pages, I couldn't find it, so my apologies in advance. It seems like after Karryn gets to a certain level of slut value when combined with passives for sex that many events almost become unplayable because she gets in what seems to be an endless orgasm loop. Is there any way to prevent this or is my game basically ruined at this point? I pretty much can't do any side jobs, especially the stripper one because her orgasm value goes up hundreds just by being seen. Any advice would be appreciated
not sure if im just bad(most likely am) but are the fights supposed to drag on for 15 minutes?

Agree, but I think he's super burnt out. He spent a LOT of time on this and have probably mentally and creatively moved on. He already stated his new game would NOT be battlefuck, so basically not like Karryn's Prison at all.
Your endurance stat is too low if you are running into orgasm loop or your sensitivity is too high. Try to get some sight resist accessories and use See No Evil skill to beat your current run or let your order drop below zero to game over to keep title unlocks for your new run if you are stuck in unbeatable scenario.
Slut level is just a number, it's the type of passives you accumulated that affects your stats and resist. Stripper job adds a lot of sight/talk related passives which is terrible during fights even for sex build.
Doing sidejobs will slowly corrupt Karryn unless you take proper precautions. For combat build, you want to avoid as much passive as you can (with only small handful that are actually useful). For sex build, you want to build up as much endurance and energy as early as possible via taking pleasure dmg and orgasms.
You can do Bar, reception & gym without getting too corrupted if you do them properly. Strip club is just highway for more passives and pretty bad ones for karryn. Bathroom is just a small fatigue recovery if you are combat build (can't raise it's lvl without satisfying the inmate).
