Its a cultural thing that comes from Idols in Japan. Shaking the hands of fans is a big thing in that industry, so I'm believing they are drawing inspiration from that, and also how they probably would want to do more with the idol than a handshake.

Well, I think he saw that as well, but he still has a point. Handshaking is a pretty rare if not unusual sexual fetish, and you would not expect that fetish to appear (if not even be invented) in a porn game. I asked in this thread a while ago if the handshakes lead to something worth playing and got no response to that, which counts as a NO to me. So the handshakes are really outstandingly boring. This great game does not deserve this.

That's true, but I read here that you can get some title which gives money for handshakes and I assume that you need to shake hands at least a thousand times to get it. So I bite my tongue and waste time shaking hands on the receptionist job as I tend to be low on cash. And anyway - other than all the rest of the game this feature (handshakes) is not sex related.
They should at least poke her with a soft cushion.
It really has nothing to do with being a fetish. The handshaking thing is literally just emulating handshake sessions with fans that happen with idols, hence why a lot of the titles you get from the receptionist job have "idol" in the name. I guess the only bad thing about it is that for people not familiar with Japanese idol culture, handshake sessions may be considered strange.
To boil it down though, the fetish isn't the handshaking. It's handshaking while the girl is being sexually assaulted without the having the other person noticing. It's a type of "hidden sex" or "stealth sex" fetish. There is a title to gain money from the Handshakes, but it doesn't take that much to get, overall. I have it and my Notoriety is still in the teens. Handshakes, once you get some of the receptionist passives, also tend to raise some of the stats. A couple of handshakes and Karryn has enough desire to start fulfilling perv requests. What would be good to figure out, before asking people in the waiting room to come up, is knowing whether they are fans or pervs to start getting her desires to rise.

Notoriety has nothing to do with granting requests, it only increases the chance of pervs appearing.
Each request has a Desire requirement from the perv, for example, them asking to grope Karryn's tits is a low requirement.
Only was I managed to get the perv to ask for a blowjob was to have him at the back of a 4 person queue while another perv at the front had fun with Karryn. I think each turn they see her getting some action, or maybe waiting a few turns, increases their Desire meter.

You are right its dependent on her desire, like in battles, on what she is willing to do.

Each enemy has their own hidden desire/pleasure meter, and every scene is done in a "battle"; even the Receptionist and Waitress jobs. So what I was referring to for the Perverts and their requests, is somehow you need to get THEIR Desire up to access more requests, with the highest requirement being for the BJ.It increases Karryn's Desire meter I'm sure you mean. Also seems to affect the chance for the Pervs to request more than one thing, like them asking to grope, then asking for a HJ or kiss.
Edit: You still need Karryn's Desire to be high enough to accept, just not for them to do the initial request for the act.

Has anyone found a way to level cap the enemies? I'm getting sick and tired of entering fights or sex with a random level 77 enemy that consistently 1-shots me and takes no damage it also makes the waitress job nearly impossible since the sexual damage they do is proportional to their level making their most basic gropes do 1k pleasure damage making me unable to do anything.
Did you edit any files? Because pretty sure enemies already have a cap, that is always slightly higher than Karryns cap. At least the highest Level I have ever seen was so far 25 iirc.

I've edited a few files but there were directly related to the receptionist goblin spawn limit, max enemy ejaculation stock, and making Karryn always wet, but I found out how to edit those from people who posted it. If there level is based on Karryn it might have been when I was fucking around with the RPG Cheat menu plugin since I did give Karryn ludacris exp thus giving her a high level at the time, after reading your reply I'm thinking its from that but I reverted it and still am finding level 70+ enemies.

I'm not having that problem either, enemy always cap one level higher than your max cap, so either 13 or 25 right now. I don't think anything can be done anymore with your save...
1. Equip both accessories that reduce Endurance, and get gangbanged by the guards when you lose to them. You may need certain passives to increase sensitivity if that doesn't help. The Double Orgasm passive is for when you reach 200% pleasure in one action, not cumming twice in one turn by different actions.
2. Don't avoid the Endurance, just equip the accessories when needed. Getting orgasm-locked in the Receptionist job was hot.
