I'm not sure if you're seriously asking or not since it seems like these are loaded questions. Honestly asking, have you played or understand the concept of the game? Don't get me wrong, I'm not trying to razz you. The core idea of the game is having Karryn, the new prison warden, fall from "grace". And as such, there are a number of ways (if you go this route) on how she becomes corrupted and thus more willing to do, uh, indecent acts. withoutscratch explained it fairly well. Typically, the "seduction" as you put it are done during the in-game battles, but there are also minigames as well. This is not a "fast-moving" nukiage-style game. Here's how Remtairy put it:

I think these are just left there 'accidentally' by previous cubicle occupants. Probably, as Toilet reputation rises there will be more of these lost and found items.
There is a small icon under Karryn's Stamina bar indicating presence of a toy in the toilet.

If you've never done this position, its requirements are:
1-) Find thug (If anyone in group is prisinor,goblin etc. kill all of them)
2-) Make karryn wet ( ıf your character is pure ı strongly suggest increase karryn pussy desire 100. Otherwise you can't sex with thug)
3-) When thug are blushed, kick him.
If you do this a few times, a special skill will unlock. Light Kick
