So if the Dev creates something bad we should just shut up and take it or leave? What kind of stupid argument is that? If a Dev gets influenced by random people, that don't give constructive feedback, then its the devs fault. But if a dev ignores constructive feedback for whatever reason and then something turns out bad guess what the dev failed. There is a reason the gym DLC is underwhelming in KP because Rem instead of listening to feedback after he recieved a ton of negative feedback still released it in the same state.

The most constructive thing that was said to rem was that he should throw away all the months of work and do it again, apart from the fact that the ideas that were given could not be implemented because they were tedious as hell, others were impossible because the dlc would have to be redone along with new art and others would take too much time to develop, and besides, Sometimes i read and say, people forget that Karryn Prison is a hentai game and therefore is not unreasonable to release sexual content with 0 mechanics for a hentai game.

Sometimes I get lost and look at the title to see if I am in the Karryn Prison thread or in a darkest dungeon/dark soul thread.

There was more than enough good feedback for the gym DLC on discord on how to improve it with just what was already there. No need to rework anything. And yes, it is actually reasonable to expect from a paid DLC in a h-game that actually isn't just a look at pretty pictures h-game, to have mechanics instead of being gloryhole 2.0

as was stated it was never finished. you would have to find the unfinished mod and finish it yourself. the mod was posted here in the past, you might find the unfinished mod with a search. maybe you can finish this mod.

Even if it is a DLC, it is unreasonable to ask for things because it is something that does not directly affect the story or changes it or adds new mechanics, just add more porn if you like it, buy it and if you don't like it, skip it.

I would buy the argument if this dlc added a new story, new mechanics, new ways to play, more achievements, new bosses, prison expansions, but there are 4 cgs to pass the time watching porn and they do not affect the game at any time. I can play Karryn Prison and enjoy everything it offers me without using the optional cosmetics.

The only thing I can agree with and it seems unfair to me is for the people who liked the art before the drawings were redesigned to add the huge boobs dlc and who can no longer access them

Rem mentioned in his letter that he is working on a game regardless of who he makes happy. That statement may very well be addressing the nagging he was getting, as he felt he could not make his fans happy. Considering Rem had an awakening through mortality as he said, it makes sense he gives zero fucks anymore and will just live the way he wants because he thinks life is too short to care to the point of feeling sick over it. KP was solid so I say let him cook. We'll know later. He's done enough good that KP is a good example to many people for how to improve their in-dev game projects. I suspect a person so creative can figure out new good things to implement. Even if he missed before, he got enough feedback to know why he shouldn't do that anymore, per mistake he got bad feedback for.

If i were a developer, i'd pretty much stop giving a fuck about what people tell me, fandoms are just the most cancerous thing this planet hold on it. (For example, this thread in most parts.)
There's no point in trying to please everyone so just make a product that you're pleased with, it'll get the audience it'll get no matter what, if it's 10, 100, 1000 etc. people then so be it, trying to please everyone is a sisyphean task.

If it were a huge developer with millions of dollars that is dedicated to squeezing players and giving them garbage, I would buy your argument, but the case is two small freelancers with ideas without financing and who have released a good game and with what they have earned they are going to finance their next game, so I guess there are differences of opinions, I can't treat two people who have worked hard to make a good game and a multinational that is dedicated to shitting in the players' mouths in the same way.

because let's remember that although there have been bad ideas that obviously a developer may have, no one is perfect. Karrin Prison is a good game that sets a lot of difference with other games and I believe in what I see and I see that the fandom of this game is tremendously toxic, Probably if you asked me about another game we would have the same opinion for sure

Depending on the criticism and what said dev has done 100% agree. Some people go way too far and whine and whine and whine for shit, and like was previously said by evil earthworm jim, wind up shaping the game into what they want instead of what the creator wants.

It should be someone making something, people liking it and supporting it, and feedback is ok as long as it isn't completely changing what the game/idea is.

Obviously it's also a different case when said developer is doing a game/project about a previously exising ip/property, a lot of that recently has been people completely changing stuff for their views, and how they think something should be done, not the original creation's.

I've played the games several times, in prisoner mode included, but there is something that still escapes me.
When you are playing whore mode, what is the threshold that makes a second ward near your office appear when you are in exhibitionist mode?
Cause I've played today from 0 with the newest version and in exhibitionist mode there was just 1 guard near the office, which surprised me. But now there is 2 and Idk why. Is it an edict? Is a slut level threshold? Idk.

You don't know that, steam reviews are not a measuring sistem, only the developer knows, I don't know if it was good or bad, but if it were that bad the reviews would be extremely negative I reiterate, I don't defend the DLC either, I think it's something normal and simple porn for a porn game, if you like it, you buy it and if you don't skip it, it doesn't make any difference whether you have it or not.

Like the one with pubic hair and huge tits, there are people who don't like pubic hair or unnecessarily huge tits, so buy it or skip it.

The hardest way to hurt a developer is to not buy their shit because your complaints aren't going to go anywhere.
