So far? No, these updates are coming out almost rapid fire man, it's a beta lol.
I mean just the files of the dlc, not the whole game. What was up on wettransfer. Did anyone save that who could upload it elsewhere?

It was the dlc by it's self, and no, no one's uploaded it on here again yet, by it's self. The only one that's around is the one I linked with it in the game it's self, very buggy though, and breaks at lots of parts.

And i also would like the mod that that one artist was making, the futa mod, but that may only be me and a few

I know i can't do it, a lot of people can't do it, and the ones who can probably won't, doesn't mean i can't dream about it.

Yes, but are you willing to do the bulk of the work that would be multiplied by the amount of frames needed for each pose variant in the game? Because it is scary how many pose variants there are just by standing idle, nevermind combat.
the gym teacher dlc was added just fine, it didn't interfere with main gameplay, didn't have much significance (the stripper job on same floor did have significance because it reduced the riots and also was the plot point). The only problem is voice acting, in theory AI would help

Even if it is AI, Tezuka Ryouko's voice is protected by copyright, using it without her consent would be a crime against the intellectual property as well as identity theft and more crimes, so I would recommend that you forget the idea although if you still want to do it you will have to be responsible for the consequences ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
