You have to clear floor two (so it's listed as 'subjugated') and then buy the edict to repair the middle toilet stall. Then go to the toilet on floor two. It's a side job (i.e. mini-game).

Bathroom level 2. You need to have the edicts to repair the bathroom and the stall

The free H cup dlc is there (already in the game), if you want smaller than that, sucks to suck.
