I grow to despite that edict phone that excuse Rem of any, or minimal worldbuilding, and potentially any activities, in this case side jobs yall are begging for.
That is one option, but seeing as manual installation is literally "extract the mod, copy the mod files, paste the mod file", it's incredibly simple to install the mods. Uninstalling them manually is more difficult, and might require a full reinstall of the base game if you screw it up (two install folders fixes this, since one can be kept clean and the other moded).
If you want you can use either vortex or mod organizer 2, which that link has detailed instructions on.
Okay, here's another modification for emerladCoder's Cheat Menu, incorporting the changes of both Sentalion and Abdalmaus who posted here, with some additional modifications.
It's still really clunky to use, even though i removed some things that don't seem to work in KP, but i have zero knowledge of either JavaScript or HTML, so this is the best i can do since a proper GUI is out of my league.
Install by following the included readme. I changed it to be loaded via the game's mods feature, so it won't get overwritten by game updates, unless an update changes the mods.txt file.
Open up the cheat menu in-game by pressing 1 (not on NumPad), and navigate the panels with 2 and 3.
Also try pressing F9 for a handy in-game window to see or edit variables and switches much more easily than via the cheat menu
Highlights include a working cheat for Edict Points, Corruption, Order and all that good stuff, as well as controlling enemies' and own pleasure and stamina.
Here's some stuff that's changed / new:
All the default cheat menu stuff is still there, like a Teleport feature, changing the game's Switches and Variables, a gold cheat / money cheat, No clip, god mode etc... These work pretty well, but poke around at the others at your own risk! It's a good idea to back up your save before you mess around with this.
Will this be updated for the Final version of the game? It seems that half the liquid variables were changed for the final version, like legs, mouth, anal, nipples, the rest work properly in most scenarios.
1. download 7zip first to extract the files
2. go to the OP and then the mods list post that will lead you to gitgud.io and discord
3. download the mods you want, make sure they're updated
4. extract the files with 7zip
5. drop the www folders into the KP folder and overwrite if prompted

And they have WARP mode too which works similarly to a VPN(not a VPN though).
For DNS level government/ISP bans, a VPN is unnecessary and just makes things slower.
The only time you need a VPN is to bypass regional restriction/ban done by the site themselves.
Gotta say. Came back a few days ago to see where we stranded since the "final" update to the game, and modded it with most of the good stuff. I expected a dumpsterfire with bugs everywhere, but I'm blown away by the new mods...
The Animated Karryn just works, as well as the cosmetics and the black uniform from the new mod it all belongs too.
I was an average 'CC-goth Karryn' enjoyer, but I think it's gonna be pretty hard to go back to goth now. I aplaud the modding community for this one. Well deserved addition to the base game.
Do hope the goth outfits, amongst others, are gonna be available outside of discord at some point. Really not a fan of discord... sowing discord (lame pun ikr) in the pirating communities. I think I've asked for hangar mod at least 5 times over the years since it was released now, and it's a bit annoying ngl. No disrespect to the authors, but would be nice if they shared it like most mods in commonly accesible places that don't require you to register your literal phone number (so they can sell your data/fingerprint/profile/user-history/messagelogs/etc.) to get access.
