Sorry. I though of mention it under the idea of the initial comment that the person made, not necessarily and only by the steam post (even if the full changelog is there): "Bug fixes and performance updates, some of which involved removing unneeded files or chunks of code".
But related to that, I guess you can just use a VPN for avoid that if that happens. And thanks for post it here for those who have that problem.

Pre-Modded Game Upload (Karryn's Prison v1.3.0.95) – Two Versions Available!
As promised, I’ve uploaded a pre-modded version of the game. You can choose between two versions:
• Modded: Includes all listed mods with mostly default or untouched settings. • Modded + My Edits: Same mod list, but heavily tweaked for a much easier and streamlined gameplay experience.
These versions have not been thoroughly tested. They were only checked to ensure the game launches, can start a new game, and can load existing saves. You may encounter bugs, or unexpected behavior, use at your own discretion.
Due to the number of mods and custom tweaks involved, it is strongly recommended to start a new playthrough or create a separate save file when using these versions. Using old saves may result in instability or conflicts.
I've just realized that both the Hide HUD mod and the Karryn Babe mod use the same keybind: "H". Unfortunately, I can't re-upload the entire game just to resolve this minor conflict. If you plan to use either of these mods, I recommend manually changing the keybind to avoid issues. You can do this from the main menu by navigating to: Settings > Mods > Hide HUD > Shortcut to toggle HUDorSettings > Mods > Karryn Slutty > Shortcuts > In Battle > Remove Bliss state

No its not. Early on when you dont have passives and karryns slut level is low using cock stare will drop her own cock desire as well as the enemy's pleasure. You want to fill the pink bar up to make them cum to subdue them sexually

Ah thanks. Another thing. I fucked up by choosing the wrong thug suppression edict. The one that reduces their strength instead of droppng the chance of them appearing. Is there any way to reverse that? Also there is a passive called goblin sexual required for the goblins suppression edict. How do i get that passive? Is it just to lose to a bunch of goblins?

You can't reverse the effects of most edicts. It really doesnt matter though, you don't NEED the the slut solution to the enemy problem edicts, they are just cheap and good if you are playing a slut karryn. All of the brown enemy type passives you get by doing enough sex acts with that enemy type, you don't need to lose fights.
