Yeah the confidence buff is pretty much mandatory for a purity run on the highest difficulty. You cannot stack the confidence buff, but note that Karryn loses the buff after each wave of enemies is defeated. Taunt/flaunt always go first if used on the first turn of a wave, no matter how low your agility is.

thanks. is there any use for flaunt on purity run? or is it only for sluty run? the horny debuff, getting passive from the enemy talking and masturbation makes it realy hard i guess.
