No one will be able to help you based on this information alone. You need to share the actual error message, simply listing the "problematic" mods isn't enough for anyone to diagnose the issue.

Just beat my first playthrough with 0 corruption and all virginities intact (I wasn't even touched) with level 50 slut in 50 days in warden difficulty and got the empress ending but all i got was a wedding scene and there wasn't any sex scene with the emperor, did i do something wrong or there isn't a sex scene with the emperor?

There's a tutorial on how to use Vortex on the modsite. Download it from Nexus (requires account), then just follow the tutorial. Pretty easy to follow, just add a custom game from the search menu, wait for it to complete, and you'll get access to the entire mod library.

There isn't a sex scene in the empress ending sadly. The title you get is strong though.

Character level 3 or floor 3?
If it's the pack at the bar, you don't need to beat em, just run past. The mobs after that is a lot weaker.

Is there a way to unlock sex skills on a sadist run without losing and getting gangbanged a bunch of times?
Instead of always beating guys up with my halberd I would also enjoy milking some dicks from time to time, as long as it happens on my own terms.

Beat floor 1, unlock bar and get drunk.
It will take a few times at the bar but once you get your first sex skill there, you can learn the rest in combat with the right desire level & prisoner encounter.

Important Notes:
  • These versions have not been thoroughly tested. They were only checked to ensure the game launches, can start a new game, and can load existing saves. You may encounter bugs, or unexpected behavior, use at your own discretion.
  • Due to the number of mods and custom tweaks involved, it is strongly recommended to start a new playthrough or create a separate save file when using these versions. Using old saves may result in instability or conflicts.
  • I've just realized that both the Hide HUD mod and the Karryn Babe mod use the same keybind: "H". Unfortunately, I can't re-upload the entire game just to resolve this minor conflict. If you plan to use either of these mods, I recommend manually changing the keybind to avoid issues. You can do this from the main menu by navigating to: Settings > Mods > Hide HUD > Shortcut to toggle HUD or Settings > Mods > Karryn Slutty > Shortcuts > In Battle > Remove Bliss state

I like this modded version; it has several improvements, but I'm having problems with the stats. I'd like them to increase like in the non-modded version. For example, the "pleasure" stat doesn't increase, and there are no enemy comments. How can I change this?

That build of the game is quite outdated now, so it’s best not to use it anymore. I recommend trying one of my newer uploads instead.

I just start a New Game at Sucubus version and got this bug when I try to open equip in menu, non change anything at mod setting yet. Try to delete the save folder and start a game but still got that crash. Don't know what to do man
