See I did it mostly because after playing Karryns Prison I started to realize this game is VERY flexible, as many of its functions aren't dependent on one another. Games like this are a diamond not because of the content but how the content works its a lot more complex than its led on and when you start fucking with it you see interesting results. I didn't mention it before but I made her enjoy butt slaps BUT not butt grabs so the rare times she gets grabbed its always disgust but enjoys getting butt slapped. Odd but interesting cause you would think "oh its her butt regardless so she would be a slut for it" but no its a separate thing and there is a lot of that in the game. I just enjoy experimenting and seeing what changes when you accept certain outcomes and avoid others.
But where is the fun in that? Even when I first Played I avoided slutting her out because the sex scenes would then become repetitive. Even more so I when I play games that give me freedom of how a character gets to turn out I make my headcannon and roll with it. I've never had a playthrough where I fully slutted her out because I could never have fun with that run. You may find this virgin run boring but I find it fun and challenging as it makes a future fail interesting (not that I will kekw).

Yes, try using the accessories from the edicts, then rise the desire needed for certain actions, rise the butt desire while keeping the other low to get anal sex first.
Like Droidcat said, get the right accessories, it's paramount to giving 1st kiss to a cock. I would be fine with the dialogue/scenes not really being spoken, but just have sounds. The males have sounds they make depending on an action or dialogue. It would make sense to me if Karryn VA is played out the same way to keep that aesthetic of the game.
I don't know, maybe in the player being able to control sexual actions of the protagonist as she becomes sluttier and sluttier and abandoning being an angered molestee or lost battle rape victim for becoming an actual porn actress (as in 'the one who takes action')? What this game offers, which is quite rare in all the sex games that you can find here, is that you can actually play out sex scenes with quite a generous degree of freedom, instead of just passively watching an otherwise 'uneditable' sex scene unlocked as a reward for completing a find-and-fetch task, farming enough trust or pimp points or choosing the right wrong answer. All the sex scenes in KP are executed as interactive 'battles', which you can win or 'lose' and these sex-battles are fully equivalent to 'normal' combat, which means subduing enemies and achieving all in-game goals (maintaining Order, finances and subjugating floors) can be done through sex. Thus sex, albeit arguably avoidable is the driving force of the game. Isn't it fun?
Sure, the sex scenes are repetitive. Come to think of it, sex itself is repetitive, there's only that many orifices, appendages, partners, attires, sceneries and positions to choose from but you make it sound like the non-sexual content in this game is anything to write home about, whereas it is not even 1984 Karate Champ level: Karryn air-slashes and swings her halberd while lifebars under thumbnails of her opponents get shorter and shorter until they finally disappear. Wave 2 and 3 and 4 coming, lather, rinse and repeat.

Hmmm, I was weak and started a new playthrough in Secretary Mode. Guess it is fine cause I did not experience much of the real content. I fucked up on day 1 did a handjob and got bukkaked. Other than that, a pure sadist run. Lvl: 35 Slut Lvl: 31 beat lvl 4 boss in 2,5 hours. Gonna try warden tomorrow. It was an interesting experience because all my 70 or so hours of gameplay experience is on a carried over version 0.3 save that I modded and cheated with money. With a quick run there is almost no need for upgrades. Did some but did not think I'd one-hit so many enemies. Rem has quite the brains to figure out this interesting difficulty curve. Can't wait for release.
