I know there are some passives that you can get that reduce the Bliss effect of orgasms, I can't recall which of the top of my head. I don't know if anything besides passives affects it. I'm fairly sure pleasure damage is calculated based on the stats of the enemy attacking, the sensitivity of whatever spot is being affected, as well as Karryn's Endurance. Some passives also effect pleasure gain. Pleasure gain has a rather lot of things that can affect it.

Finally had some time to play and I'm loving it.
I think the alcohol value is not increasing by the amount set. Mine jumps from 0 to 114.42, then goes to 228.84 (if set to Amount 10, it goes to 1258.62)
I'm surely using v7.
EDIT 1: Another thing is about the option to set enemies' HP. I remember I had to set it probably to "allMembers" somewhere so even the defeated ones would get affect. This is because sometimes you can sabotage yourself by setting their health to 0 and then not being able to select any skill, as there's no target or end a turn under some conditions. I'm adding a screenshot where I'm stuck.
EDIT 2: This is the bit of code where I change it to false to avoid this problem with setting enemy HP to 0.

To get that passive you just have to keep trying to do the balls kick when you are strip naked. The enemies will counter with a grab and rape her with her standing up or even carrying her depending on monster. Yetis will carry sex her. I think orcs and humans will have her with her leg up and fuck her standing. I don't know if it works on goblins, slimes, or werewolves. I also don't know if you need the pussy at 100 for it work or not. I am assuming you probably do.
