I'm kinda answering my own question from a week ago, but in case someone else is wondering:
Masochism level makes You/increases pleasure gain from being attacked by enemies
Sadism level makes You/increases pleasure gain from attacking enemies

Though I don't know if Masochis and Sadism level have any other effect

What is the exact effect of using the Submit to Nerds" edict, specifically the "Permanently affected by expose weakness"? Is it a big deal?

In combat nerds can use "expose weakness" skill, that normaly lasts 5 turns or so and gives Karryn minor debuffs to some of her resists. So if You choose "Submit to nerds" eddict, that effect will last indefinitely, untill You defeat a wave.

So, it will do two things:

One - make prelonged combat and bar side job slightly harder.

What do You think are the most important stats for ultimate slut build?

I think we can treat energy as "HP" and endurance as "Defence", so we need to keep healthy balance between those two. I'd say I prioritize endurance.

Mind is also quite important for release desires at the beginning of a combat, but most importantly to use resist orgasm. Now, in my opinion the propper usage of resist orgasm is to wait till your pleasure is around 190% and then stop using it. That way You take energy damege from only one orgasm, while absorbing pleasure for almost 2. If You'd wait for 240% pleasure, or even 290% pleasure, the pleasure/orgasm balance would never be as favourable as at 190%. Since ideally we are taking double the amount of pleasure(endurance) for only one orgasm(energy) I think the endurance is more important.

Stamina I think is not as usefull, plus You will have plenty of stamina from endurance. Investin in stamina regen may be a good idea. Though most of the time You will be spamming "secretary stance" instead of sex skills.

Charm is not really that important as well. You will get it anyway and since in my experience slut builds make the playthrough longer, You will have time to rise it by buying accessories.

Agility is utterly useless and strenght is only needed for anal sex in some cases, so throw those two outside the window.

Dexterity is a riddle. It does increase pleasure damage, but is it less, more or as important as sex skill level?

It would be really nice to know what is going on in the game while playing the game instead of constantly having to look at game files but oh well...

If you are doing a slut run you're gonna be leveling up dexterity and endurance whether you like it or not. Because:
Every sex attack performed on you gives you endurance exp(+ a little dexterity exp)
and
every sex attack you perform gives you dexterity exp.
I think using secretary stance is not worth when you can use a sex skill and take out someone from battle. On the other hand if you spam it, it'll give you a lot of energy exp and amount of exp you get increases with secretary stance's cost but you'll be using a lot of energy.

What you can do besides inevitably leveling up dexterity and endurance is leveling up mind and energy because they are very important stats no matter what you're doing.
You can also try to level up charm but it is not a good idea because it is going to be a slow process. You can just buy accessories for that.

I find it entertaining to sort of "research the game" by experimenting and keeping track of how many different things affect each other. Though I do admitt, sometimes the lack of information makes me lose my shit.

Ganon is the name of the Fort, thats the first thing we learn when starting the game. But placing the name of the Fort in the name tag was a curious thing. Hence the subtle attempt at humor. Have another shot of Tequila and cheer up. You going to take that Miss Ganon Fort by storm pretty soon.

You get sex skills by experiencing them in battle or side jobs. I got most of mine by playing the bar side job and allowing Karryn to get drunk which leads to a gangbang scene. It can take quite a while though so its best to use the early part of the game to grind out sex skills if you are going for a slut build. An important key to making money is understanding that you get paid more when the order is low, I found that the best time to grind for money early on is while subjugating level 2. Obviously you wanna have edicts that increase your income as well. You can also make quick money by beating up the guard in the cut outside of your office, but abusing this raises guard aggression over time and makes them try harder to fuck you.
